Confessions
Ok confession time. I ate pretty well at the baby shower but did eat some junk. Since then I've eaten a pile of crap - cheesecake slice, mixed lollies, marshmallows. And the good choices I've made I've eaten too much of - raw food fudge, cashews. There hasn't really been any exercising and I'm feeling blah. Today it's Thursday and time to get back on track. I had Greek yoghurt with Manuka honey for breakfast, lunch will be spicy tomato/veggie soup. I'll be out for dinner so I'll grab sushi & seaweed salad. Snacks will be 30 almonds & an apple.
I think I've proven to myself that if I eat crap, I feel like crap.
